Data and purposes

When you visit enfoco.xyz, the hosting provider Cloudflare processes technical connection data, such as IP address, requests, browser and device, to deliver and protect the site. The site also has the Cloudflare Web Analytics beacon for visit and performance metrics; it is independent of Google Analytics and this website's analytics selector. See Cloudflare's privacy policy and the Web Analytics description.

Only if you accept optional analytics and Google's privacy platform returns a compatible signal do we load Google Analytics 4 to understand visits, pages viewed and use of the site, and to improve its content. Google may receive browsing, device, browser and referrer information, as well as cookie identifiers. We do not enable Google Signals or advertising personalization in this loader. You can reject this purpose and continue reading the site. If the privacy platform does not respond or indicates a denied or unknown state, Analytics remains blocked. A subsequent change to Google's European privacy options suspends analytics already running and requires a new analytics choice. See Google's policy and how it uses information from partner sites.

The website does not offer user registration, purchases or forms. Search uses a static index and does not send your queries to an editorial server. If you write to the privacy email address, your address, the content and the data you include will be processed solely to address your inquiry or request; avoid sending unnecessary sensitive data. We do not request sensitive personal data through the website.

Google Tag Manager (GTM-TG35S4PG) loads subject to the same analytics choice and privacy check. It allows tags to be managed; the public version reviewed when the container was integrated contained no additional measurement tags. It does not replace the consent platform or enable other purposes on its own. Without JavaScript, its alternative iframe is not loaded, so these checks are not bypassed.

Cookies and your choices

The analytics preference is kept in this browser's local storage under enfoco.analytics-consent.v1, as acceptance or rejection and a date, for a maximum of 180 days. It is not an advertising cookie and is not sent to the server by itself. If you accept, GA4 may create the first-party cookies _ga and _ga_W139ML7GJ4; the loader sets a duration of up to 180 days without automatic renewal. You can delete them through your browser.

Use the “Analytics preferences” button, available on the site, to view or change your choice. If you reject after accepting, we disable GA4, delete the first-party _ga cookies accessible from the page and reload the site to unload its code. Requests already sent cannot be withdrawn; you can exercise your rights by email. This selector controls Google Analytics, not Cloudflare's infrastructure or beacon. On technical copies and domains other than enfoco.xyz, the Google loader remains blocked.

Providers, retention and advertising

Cloudflare and Google provide services that may involve processing outside Mexico under their terms and policies. Cookies have the duration described; this is not equivalent to the data retention period on those platforms. Retention periods for hosting and the GA4 property depend on their settings and terms: we do not state a retention period for those accounts that we have not verified. Inquiries will be kept for the time needed to address them and comply with applicable obligations.

Google AdSense code is connected only on enfoco.xyz to load advertising and Google's published privacy messages. Loading it may communicate technical connection, page, browser and device data to Google. Depending on location, choices and applicable settings, Google and its advertising providers may use cookies or identifiers to serve, measure, limit the frequency of and, where applicable, personalize ads. Information about providers and purposes is presented in Google's messages. Whether ads appear depends on AdSense's review and settings; integrating the code does not mean Google has approved the site.

For visitors in the EEA, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, Google's consent management platform (CMP) provides options to accept or reject advertising consent and manage your choices. The “Privacy and cookie settings” link or its translation, added by Google where applicable, lets you reopen those options and withdraw consent. For the U.S. states covered by the message, Google displays “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” or its translation to opt out of the sale or sharing of data and targeted advertising under the applicable mechanism. These controls are separate from “Analytics preferences”: accepting Analytics does not grant advertising consent, and rejecting Analytics does not change advertising choices. You can also consult the cookies used by Google and its ad controls. The verification meta tag and ads.txt do not replace these mechanisms.

ARCO rights and limits on use

You can request access to, rectification or cancellation of, or objection to the processing of your data, revoke your consent or limit use or disclosure by writing to [email protected] with the subject “Privacidad En Foco”. Include your name, a way to contact you, the right you wish to exercise and a clear description of the related data or facts. For rectification, indicate the correction and the documents supporting it. If proof of identity or representation is needed, you will be told the appropriate method and documentation; do not send sensitive documents unnecessarily.

The request will be handled in accordance with the requirements, time limits and exceptions of applicable law. Withdrawal of consent has no retroactive effect, and some obligations may require information to be retained. To stop future analytics in this browser, you can reject it directly in preferences.

Changes to this notice

Changes will be published at this same address with an updated date. If an optional purpose changes substantially, a new choice will be requested where appropriate.
