Two couples, with a camera between them
Sometimes one conversation is enough to suggest that a couple may not know each other as well as they thought. That is the kind of tension at the heart of Possible Love, Lee Chang-dong’s new film. Netflix released its final trailer on October 20.
The story brings together a laid-off worker and his wife, and a documentary filmmaker and her husband. Their encounter for a film project exposes differences in their lives and desires they struggle to acknowledge. The cast includes Jeon Do-yeon, Sul Kyung-gu, Zo In-sung and Cho Yeo-jeong.
When viewers in Mexico can watch
Netflix has announced a worldwide streaming release on November 6, 2026. That is the date to keep in mind for a movie night in Mexico; the announcement does not list a Mexican theatrical release.
Cinema dates may cause confusion. The United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland and Japan have an October 23 theatrical release. These are separate schedules. Seeing a review or trailer does not mean the complete film is already available to watch at home.
A preview, not a verdict
The trailer offers a sense of the central conflict without requiring a plot summary packed with revelations. This article covers the announcement and premise, not a review after watching the film. If it sounds appealing, the official source has the trailer, and November 6 is the date for your calendar.
