One place to check what happened
On October 30, 2026, Bluesky introduced a moderation inbox in beta. It brings together reports, actions and appeals, alongside account-standing information. The aim is to make follow-up easier to find rather than leaving users to rely on individual notifications.
How to open it, and what not to expect
To try it, Bluesky says to enable beta features in Settings, then open Moderation tools and Moderation inbox. It starts empty even if an account already has strikes. The account-standing banner reflects its current situation; according to Bluesky, no banner means the account is in good standing.
An important exception
Appeals for suspended accounts still begin on the login screen. Having an inbox does not guarantee that a report will result in content removal. A useful way to assess the feature is to see whether it explains a decision and makes the next step clear, rather than simply counting messages. Follow-up notifications can be adjusted. The cover is conceptual and does not reproduce the actual interface.
